Great experience, every time! The quality of food and the above and beyond service is so refreshing.
I go through the drive thru approximately 2-3 times per week and only get lemonade on my way to work in the mornings. Two months ago it used to be amazing. Full of pulp and super sweet, you couldn't get better lemonade. In recent weeks there's been a steady decline; now it's nothing but sour and one day I swear it was instant lemonade, zero pulp and tasted like powder. When you pay $2.35 for a large lemonade, and you're used to a standard of excellence and now you're getting essentially "bitter beer face" from sour lemonade ... read more
Always a Magnificent Experience at Our Chick-Fil-A 🕇�
They made us pull around to wait for our food, 15 minutes later we go in and you don't even have one of our sandwiches made. The crew was just standing around. I watched two people get their food and leave in the drive thru after us while we waited. The drive thru girl shoved the receipt in my boyfriends hand, so she could quickly go back to talking about her boyfriend. WORST SERVICE EVER. I will never go back and I loved Chick-fil-a. Ruined a good customer by poor customer service.
It's not often I am impressed by a restaurant, but tonight I was. We stopped into Chick-fil-A and we got better service then I do at 90% of the sit down restaurants we go to. We walked in orders our food and sat down. The tables all had a little vase with flowers, shortly after we sat a young man brought out food to us and also a free chocolate shake for the kids. We get breakfast here regularly because it's good food. And generally the Customer Service is good too. However, last Saturday morning I rolled up in the drive thru at 10:29am (I looked at my phone) to get some breakfast. Verify they are still serving breakfast.... she says "yes"...start to order "oh wait, it's 10:30am we are no longer serving breakfast" ....me: "seriously?" ....her: "we are now on our lunch menu" .... me: "well, I'll just go someplace else" ....silence....LOL!!!
