Customer service is great! Food even better...... :)
The food is always great but staff is like no other place. Always so friendly, always on their A game, always ready to help in any way they can.
I used to love Chick-fil-a. However I went today and was sorely disappointed. While the service was top notch; all my chicken nuggets were dry and overcooked. Additionally the new BBQ sauce is terrible. Please bring back the old BBQ sauce.
Good food...great service...fast service...drive thru is very quick
The past two Saturdays my family has been to Chick-fil-A. The first time we went through drive through. WOW!!! Friendly, SMILING employees and amazing food!! Yesterday we decided to dine in. We placed our order with a very nice young man. When my fiance gave him his debit card it wouldn't read, another employee stopped what he was doing and came to assist. Chick-fil-A is an incredible place! Not only do they have amazing staff and great food, but they often are finding creative ways to bless others! They host special family nights, kids nights, sponsor school events, do school supply drives, and even give thoughtful Valentine's! I'm continually amazed by how they value every person that walks through their doors!
