Chandler Morrow is happy now because he is on his liquid diet in the hospital. I went to Chickfila and bought him a gallon of his favorite sweet tea. He is ready to go.
We waited forever to talk to the lady to take our order and at the end she asked if we wanted any sauces and still didn't even give them with our order... We get home and no grape jelly....... Along with the people weren't polite at all it makes me want to drive all the way to Peachtree city instead for my chickfila....
I eat here at least twice per week and the staff is jam up! Mistakes get made, that's life. Everybody makes them, but the difference here is the constant attention to the customer, and the lengths at which they go to ensure that you have a great experience. I love these people! Keep it up!
A lot of empty tables so we had to eat of fast food side ,not happy they said that they don't have enough help
I dined in on the Dwarf House side of the restaurant this evening after spending a day at Chick-fil-A Support Center, and within 30 seconds of sitting down I was greeted with a warm smile from Jessica. I ordered the Hot Brown, which was absolutely delicious, and a slice of lemon ice box pie, which was also great! Jessica served me the whole evening, continued to call me sir (though I am probably only a year or two older that her), and served with excellence. Great job Newnan Chick-fil-A Dwarf House and Jessica!

I went by to get a bagel for breakfast and when I opened my food it was burnt and very crunchy. I work at a chick fil a and I hate to give bad reviews because we make mistakes also.. I hope next time will be better!
Hate this location won't sell a tray of grilled nuggets. Our daughter has severe food allergies and can't eat regular nuggets. Thanks to the Thomas Crossroads location for fulfilling our need.
Best one I've ever been to! Just hate the long lines!
