This place is amazing. This is my husband and I's first time visiting this Chick-fil-a. We both agree that the service is excellent here. We will definitely be returning! �
I ordered the Southwest Salad. The first salad brought to the table was missing about half the items that were supposed to be on the salad. My waitress personally made me another salad and IT WAS AWESOME! I could barely finish it!
Had a full staff but service was slow...food was ok...menu had changed since we were last there.
The food sat in the kitchen window forever, and when they finally brought it to table, of course it was cold and both orders of bacon undercooked. They took bacon back and literally burned it. When manager asked how the food was, all she did was offer to heat it. Microwave a waffle, really? When checking out cashier admitted that she had been getting complaints all day over cold food. Also disappointed that Dwarf House changed their menu. Won't be back.

Terribly slow, cut the size of the chicken tenders in half but didn't change the price. It was like getting a kids meal without the fun toy!!
On the counter service side I waited 20+ munutes for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. When I asked why it was taking so long the server was rude and disrespectful. I spoke to Shari Mangham and got a refund. Very disappointed in the experience. I will stick to Thomas Crossroads store for now on. I have told everyone about my experience.
Brought our Student Ministry here after a long day at Six Flags. It was the first time for most of us and it was amazing!! Thank you to our wonderful server, Destiny! She was very friendly and made our visit very enjoyable. Thanks also to Ms. Lynette! Really enjoyed talking with her too. She told us how they make the lemon pie from scratch...so we just had to have some:) YUM!! Thanks again! We WILL be back:). Capitol Heights Baptist Church, Montgomery, AL
