My wife and I requested bids from close to a dozen contractors. Mark Chick was one of the first to respond from our inquiry from the BBB. After three months of getting bids and researching all of the contractors, we decided to hire Chick Construction. Our decision was mostly based on Mark and his company's reputation. Mark Chick and his company, Chick Construction, did such a wonderful job on putting a new roof on my house. We requested a quote through BBB and he was the first to respond. He talked with my wife and was completely professional and so helpful to her and later me. We had some damage from a storm and he inspected and gave us the honest truth and suggested we make a claim with our insurance because we needed a new roof. We did that and he was right.
