BEST FRIED CLAMS around great atmosphere friendly staff and good parking
Great food. Good sized portions. The waitstaff is excellent!
Fried clams in batter...The best!!! Never had a bad meak here!
Great service food was a bit well done but it was Easter and we got there very late so we understand why the food was a little over cooked.
Scallops and gulf shrimp with baked potato, apple sauce and hot apple pie/ice cream.
Chicken finger baskets were amazing! Husbands salad was great! Our side salads all had Old lettuce though 🙁
The food was excellent: oil used to fry with was new, French fries were made with fresh potatoes, the salad had all fresh ingredients and the portions were large. My wife and I used the parking lot to turn around in and decided to try it since we were hungry and saw seafood on the sign. After enjoying our experience so much, we drove up from South Portland the next day for lunch again!! The best seafood in Maine!!
Here's the thing. The food we did receive was good and what I thought was fairly priced. Our server, though sort of negligent was very sweet and obviously slammed. I completely understand, having served before. That has nothing to do with this review. I had to send back my steak, which was raw in the middle. Again, no big deal. It happens. But when they served me the same cut up steak having been thrown on the grill, and baked potato that I had already prepared after waiting, I wasn't feeling it. There were four couples in our party. Everyone seem to enjoy their meals from fish, to sandwiches even chicken nuggets. The home cut fries seem to be a big favorite.
