Zero Stars. I showed the reference photo and mentioned that I wanted the parts in that size. I trusted that they would follow the photo but they saw the reference picture and did whatever they wanted anyway. When I complained, Rebecca said on a call "it's always the americans". Completely ignorant and unprofessional. My hair turned out terrible for my event coming up
0 Stars (if I could give zero, I would) My niece went to this African braiding shop expecting the hairstyle she requested, but the braiders did not complete the style correctly or as shown in the reference photo. When she expressed that she was unhappy with the results, she was told that she would still have to pay the full price, even if they did not finish her hair. I called last minute for medium mid-back box braids, and from the moment I walked in, the vibes were so welcoming! The prices were very reasonable, especially in this economy, and the service did not disappoint. My braids came out AMAZING, and even with only two people working on my hair, they had me done in less than 8 hours — exactly what I asked for. Professional, fast, and great quality. I’ve definitely found my new braid shop and will be coming back for good! 💕

I have a good experience with this place, I believe the price is not that quite bad—depending on the braiding styles I choose. I like how they are considerate and respectful of my preferences, it is a bit awkward when communicating with the braiders but I felt like it is the right place for the likes of us, Africans. The place is nice especially with those many plants around there. It is the only place I had ever go every once a while and I never regretted it. Not one bit.
