I’ve been coming here for 6 years and why do I return I will never know. Maybe it’s convenience because I’m over social media girls but definitely wouldn’t return. My daughter’s box braids weren’t box but I didn’t complain because it’s a kids head. I did return to get one fixed because it unraveled less than 24 hours. Wasn’t willing to stay for 6 stitches braids to be done or come back a later date when I have a job and I purposely came on Sunday on my off day. Will not return. Sucks it took 6 years to make that decision.
They are terrible. They do a terrible job and they are sky high. Way overcharging for that terrible job. Don't go to that shop. It will be a waste of your hard earned money.
STOP!!!!! THIS PLACE STEALS HAIR!!!!! I've been to this place a few times with my daughter. We always get boho braids. They switched my daughter's human hair that I purchased myself for cheap synthetic hair and my daughter's braids started to tangled immediately. She was very apologetic claiming it was a mistake. I accepted and returned to them for my boho braides. THEY DID IT AGAIN!!!
I came here due to Catherine's credit card machine being down, when I walked in there was only one person work on a gentleman's hair. He was upset about his ends not being braided all the way down, the lady refused to listen and he actually had to ask the owner to fix it. The owner then started on my hair as far as it went I was getting knotless braids which was suppose to be a mixed color, so how there was a lack of communication needless to say we came to a understanding specially being I was paying my money.
