I wish I could give “0” stars!!!!! DO NOT, and I mean, DO NOT go to this braiding shop. I went in the day before my appointment I asked if they could braid short hair, she reassured me that she could grip my hair and then she quoted me a price. I was really disappointed with my experience at this braid shop. The braiders were arguing with each other most of the time, which made the environment stressful. To the point I had to jump up and tell them to stop multiple times. One of them even took a video of me while on the phone with a man — which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. This was the worst mistake I ever made. $200 down the drain. I didn't get what I asked for and when they tried to fix it made it worse. Then they want to argue with me about which one said what as it was two that worked on my head. I could give a flip about who said what amongst them my hair was still not right. Then they was arguing with each other and gave me a half a.. apology. When ask for a partial refund was told know we gone fix it. I end up having to have it redone or walk around looking like a fool. SO BE CAREFUL

I’ve been coming here for 6 years and why do I return I will never know. Maybe it’s convenience because I’m over social media girls but definitely wouldn’t return. My daughter’s box braids weren’t box but I didn’t complain because it’s a kids head. I did return to get one fixed because it unraveled less than 24 hours. Wasn’t willing to stay for 6 stitches braids to be done or come back a later date when I have a job and I purposely came on Sunday on my off day. Will not return. Sucks it took 6 years to make that decision.

They are terrible. They do a terrible job and they are sky high. Way overcharging for that terrible job. Don't go to that shop. It will be a waste of your hard earned money.
