absolutely amazing!!! Minnesota here and this is the best I have ever had! Staff were amazing, food was amazing as well!
Paco the Parrot is great Red Sauce on Chimichanga is amazing Queso is liquid GOLD Tamales are flavorful and spicy Ground beef is seasoned amazingly Don’t forget to pick up a bottle of salsa on the way out you could drink the stuff Amazing staff
Best Mexican food this side of the Mississippi. Being in the Sarasota and Venice area for three months and trying all the Mexican restaurants leads us to believe this restaurant would be packed in CA 😎👍
So, the food is amazing! It can be a fun environment! We have been twice, both times there was only 1 server. The wait time to place an order let alone receive an order is long. Some items get forgotten about when you're the only person serving. Some people got kind of frustrated with the server the 2 times we went, but they handle themselves very professional, giving and still happy! We will still come back, but would like to see super spicy hot sauce, and more attention to the table.
Our go-to Mexican in Venice. Happy hour margaritas are top notch. Have taken multiple visitors there, and have never been disappointed. The salsa is excellent, we've purchased it multiple times. We will sometimes try another Mexican joint in town, always end up back here. I always say I'm not getting the fish tacos again, but have failed at least a half dozen times. They are great. I had to ask, and when they told me it was catfish, I could not believe it. They are sooo good. Very glad they survived covid days.
