Benjamin Wright was our Hearing Aid Technician. Ben was professional and helpful throughout the process. He answered all our questions and made any adjustments necessary to get optimal use of the new hearing aids. Ben offered suggestions on how to ease ear irritation, use the volume/treble-bass control, and other needs. Thank you.
This was a great experience..The hearing aids are perfect and they took care of all the insurance needs.Ben was great and answered all my questions and the follow up visits were very helpful..I would recommend to anyone needing hearing aids.
It was time for hearing aids. I called my insurance company and they set me up with Chicagoland Hearing at a location less than a mile from my home. Saw Ben, who did a hearing test which showed moderate to severe hearing loss at higher frequencies. We discussed options and I chose the high end hearing aids that can be adjusted through my phone, though there was no hint of pressure to do so. Insurance covered about 50%.
