We had a wonderful experience working with Shari. My dad received a pair of hearing aids that have improved his hearing and are rechargeable. When we call with questions, the response time has been great. We would definitely recommend.
Hi! This is Iesenia, Gonzalo Hernandez daughter. 3 star because l have been with my dad in the office for Adjustments 3 times. He had to leave the hearing aids to send them back. Now they send him new hearing aids so he has them for 3 days and so far they are working for him.
I found my experience with Chicagoland Hearing Aid Centers-Northbrook to be very pleasant and informative. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful. The wait for my hearing aids was not long and they explained clearly everything I needed to do.I give the a 5 star rating.
I usually go to the Chicago locations, but the service I got in Northbrook was just as great!
