This place was recommended to me and even though it’s a bit out of my way, I’m so glad I came. I’ll definitely be back whenever my little ones need to be seen. Everyone was awesome; super kind, understanding, and professional. (from the front desk to the nurse and doctor) The place itself is really nice too: colorful for kids, well organized, and very clean. And as a bonus, my son left with a little sticker sheet that he was really excited about.
Terrible. Was referred here by our pediatrician for our 9 month old. We came here because this is a pediatric facility and were told that they are better served to take blood draws for infants. There were 2 different young ladies that tried to draw blood 3 times on my daughter and were not able to do it. There was nothing pediatric about how they handled her. They didn't even bandage the wound right - I got blood on my shirt from holding my daughter. They didn't make it a pleasant experience with their dry, indifferent perso... read more
Had the best experience getting bloodwork done with my 11 month old today. Getting blood work done is never fun but our nurse Demetrius was absolutely incredible. My baby didn’t flinch or cry a single bit because she was so incredibly good with her and smooth with the blood draw. The reception staff was also super friendly and we were in and out of the lab within 15 minutes from start to finish. Truly a great spot for pediatric labs!
Unprofessional, rude, horrible care and service. Nightmare experience. Tabitha and Sierra beyond rude.
One of the receptionists is disrespectful. My third experience with her and I noticed this each time. My most recent experience with her really tipped it over enough for me to write this review. After checking the reviews however, the rude receptionist seems to have been the main problem here. What a shame.. such a clean facility with amazing nurses and doctors.
