Will never recommend this company. I had an issue with one window. Called the company they sent me a rude person to look at it. Came back said "we broke the window" how would we break the window if it's winter time and we didn't open in at all. So after calling he company very frustrated nothing has been taken care of. I was speaking to Tommie ****** who stated he would take care of it and would only charge me $75. While we can understand the frustration of a customer having to pay something out of pocket after making a investment on windows we know by the damage on the sash that it was done by improper use of the tilt latch feature. This was verified by a experienced window service technician. However we do take responsibility for the ball being dropped by the window service department on this being overlooked when we have had this replacement sash for over 2 months.
