I would not recommend this company to anyone. We had yellow water before I called ****. He did a water sample based on the results he suggested the rule of system we should get so we agreed after they installed the system our water was ORANGE. After contacting **** he came changed the settings on the system which did not do much of an improvement water was still orange, so I contacted him again he was supposed to come out never did contacted him again same excuse I thought the appointment was the following day or Im all the ... read more

Purchased a water softener system from Chicago Water Pros in August 2020. System now makes a grinding noise when water runs. Parts still under warranty. Have called repeatedly for service. Cannot get a response. Supposedly in business for 19 years, this "family owned business" is one person: ****. I think he builds the water softeners in his basement. Initially, Chicago Water Pros was fantastic. Mark installed a drinking water filtration system and did a wonderful job. He was efficient, fair and great to work with. He even came out and changed the filters a year later. I couldn't have been happier. But after we had had the filtration system for two years, the pump would no longer fill with water. Very honest company. Price was very fair. Professional installation. Would definitely recommend! Great people to work with. Installed my softener and came back out a couple of weeks later just to make sure everything was working right. Installer was friendly and did a really nice job. This review is long overdue! We've never been on well water before and couldn't stand the smell and staining. Purchased their Wellmaster and a softener along with a UV filter about a year ago. Couldn't be happier!
