CWC finally cleared a dense root obstruction in our sewer line that two rounds of rodding and another hydrojetting company couldn’t remove. They arrived with a Spartan Warrior 18-GPM, 4,000-PSI tow-behind jetter and a Warthog nozzle—a much more powerful setup than the previous 4-GPM machine—and finally got the job done after a week of back and forth with other vendors. Marcin with CWC is honest, patient and very communicative. I had called for a sewer clean out as part of regular maintenance, but because we weren't experiencing any issues, Marcin suggested that we camera the line to see if it was even needed-- we watched the entire thing from our home to the main sewer line about 130' away. We saved $$ based on HIS suggestion. If we do have any outside line issues, will call Marcin. Honesty goes a LONG way!

Marcin and the team who did our emergency sewer repair were true professionals from start to finish. Marcin came out after 5 pm on a Friday evening to camera the line and get us an estimate and then we had the repair completed by Monday 9:30am! Exceptional service and attention to detail.

We needed a rodding service, and we being pressured into doing hydrojetting from another company. After talking to CWC they explained that that's a bad idea in our situation (which was then confirmed by our villiage)! Best service around. No sales person trying to upsell, just a professional service doing a professional job. Upfront (and awesome) pricing, we are very pleased customers. We'll be recommending them to everyone we know.
