Was first business that I was able to ask about services they offer over the phone, had great conversation with Marcin which helped a lot understanding my options on sewage cleanup. Next day appointment vs 3 other companies next week just to come out to talk about my problem, apparently was 1 hr job . Great experience all together, would use again.
Marcin was extremely responsive and helpful when we requested a sewer scope on a house we were looking to buy! He was informative and also willing to check out some things inside - he gave his insight and also let us know that he would be able to send someone who specializes more with internal house plumbing so we could get as accurate of an estimate as possible. He was easy to communicate with and we would highly recommend his services (especially considering the price)!
Called in the morning after we discovered a basement floor drain had been backed up. Marcin came out within 2 hours. He struggled with the roots for a bit, but ultimately was able to get the drain cleared out. Sewer rodding included a camera scope to see the cleared blockage. Great service; very professional and reasonably priced, highly recommend.
