This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a dental office in Chicago. I was told upfront that they accept Delta Dental, but that turned out not to be true. Communication after my initial consultation was poor — Dr. Welke gave me his email and cell number and told me to reach out with any questions, but it took five days to hear back, and only after I CC'ed his office. I can honestly say visiting the Chicago Tongue-Tie Center was an incredible experience. It is clear that all the employees truly care about the patients and want what is best for them. Dr. Bindi and Caryl are such a great team, working together seamlessly. Dr. Bindi performed a tongue tie and lip tie release on my son. She was extremely thorough in her evaluation, explanation, and post-operative education, really taking time to make sure I understood why she recommended the releases and what would be required at home. We were referred to Dr. Justin Welke by a friend for a tongue and lip tie evaluation for our baby, and we are so grateful we found him.
