Dr. Justin and his staff were professional, caring, and dedicated to ensuring our comfort and a successful procedure when we consulted them about releasing a tongue tie. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful.
All of the staff that I encountered were so kind and welcoming. The office was so clean and kid friendly. Dr. Bindi was super helpful during the examination and with explaining everything throughout. She was very gentle with examining my newborn. I highly recommend this place!!
100 stars if I could! Dr. Justin Welke took the best care of my newborn! My baby was 7 days old when she got her posterior tongue tie release completed from Dr. Justin Welke and his team. We saw him at the Glen Ellyn location! This location was spotless (super clean) and full of kind and helpful staff! It was SUCH an easy process. My family’s experience with Chicago Tongue-Tie Center has been absolutely wonderful! Dr. Justin fixed both a lip tie and tongue tie on my 6 week old son. We were conveniently able to have a consult and the procedure done on the same day. The procedure only took about 10 minutes and my son returned from the procedure happily swaddled. My son gets more fussy during sleep training than he was during the procedure, which is a tribute to how great the staff at Chicago Tongue-Tie Center interact with infants. Our provider was extremely professional and thorough. I really appreciated her thoughtful explanation and care. We came in for a tongue tie consultation and then were able to get the procedure done same day. Would highly recommend to others!
