I can honestly say visiting the Chicago Tongue-Tie Center was an incredible experience. It is clear that all the employees truly care about the patients and want what is best for them. Can't recommend enough! The whole team was so friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated how thoroughly they explained everything during our consultation. They even filmed the exam on my phone for my partner to watch later since they couldn't make it to the appointment. I usually worry about being pressured during a free consultation but they came to the conclusion that our baby doesn't need a correction and were able to recommend other alternatives instead, even though it wouldn't bring them any additional business.
