Worked with Jun Lu team for a while and they are the BEST! Super experienced with transactions involved foreign parties, and also go above and beyond and take great care of all parties. Once my seller didn't tell me that he couldn't be in US to sign for his home sale, and Jun found an appointment with US consulate in his country that he can sign within 10 minutes! Saved us from extending the closing date and all are very happy! Strongly recommend to all my colleagues out there!
