The woman at the front desk was very attentive. The lady, I signed papers with, Amy, made me want to sell another house just so I could hang out with her again! She’s funny, spunky, and we flew through the signing at a record pace. 10/10
Lisa was very rude and condescending. I usually never write reviews but this was ridiculous. Her attitude is horrible. She turned an amazing day into a negative one. Its like she hates her job and the costumers? This behavior and attitude is unexceptable especially when dealing with huge purchases. Sometimes once in a lifetime purchase. She left a bad taste in everyone's mouth. I'm so disappointed. This was a huge day for all of us.. I would not recommend this company if this is how they treat people on important days.
Lisa Hatcher was very rude, curt and unfriendly from the get-go. She walked in to the closing room and immediately began sighing and huffing and puffing apparently because she was annoyed that the buyer and sellers were TALKING to each other. So unfriendly and pushy. Very cold. If Lisa hates people and her job so much she should just quit or be fired. Management - you obviously know this is her personality - why do you keep her on staff?
