Lisa Hatcher was very rude, curt and unfriendly from the get-go. She walked in to the closing room and immediately began sighing and huffing and puffing apparently because she was annoyed that the buyer and sellers were TALKING to each other. So unfriendly and pushy. Very cold. If Lisa hates people and her job so much she should just quit or be fired. Management - you obviously know this is her personality - why do you keep her on staff? I mostly work with Ale and Tamara at this time. They are always a quick phone call or email away. Willing to problem shoot when we run into issues, willing to converse with other parties when needed, and always quick to respond/explain details.
Always a nice place to close. Friendly welcoming staff, closers are good, good snacks. Very professional service
