I am a real estate broker who was forced to use her because the listing agent demanded that we do in the contract and said I've worked with her for 30 years. That seems to be the problem. She has not modernized her technology or her mentality. She also was abusive to us in her demands that were absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend them at all. Use someone in Northern California. That is a title company that does escrows not a separate escrow company. That is so old fashion and unnecessary and more expensive.

I recently spoke with a representative named Randi. During our conversation, she was dismissive, and after the call, she failed to properly disconnect the line. Unfortunately, I overheard her making racially offensive remarks about me. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and deeply concerning.

I cannot give enough praise to the team at Chicago Title. Randi and her team went above and beyond for me and my client. I will be using them for all my Southern California purchases and refinances. Thank you Chicago Title Team.
