I recently spoke with a representative named Randi. During our conversation, she was dismissive, and after the call, she failed to properly disconnect the line. Unfortunately, I overheard her making racially offensive remarks about me. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and deeply concerning.

Very disrespectful. She doesn't know what is a Double Close and Assignment of Contract. Not wholesale friendly.
