They seemed fine when we closed on the purchase of our home so we called when we needed a current title report to record with the county for some building permits. They stated getting a printed title report would be a 7-10 day wait and cost over $350 after tax. The officer I spoke with talked over me in a condescending sing-song, high pitched voice.
