Amazing people that are super helpful. Jimmy is so nice and took care of us extremely well.

What a cluster. Lost documents. Didn’t reply to emails when asked for clarifying information. Lacks buyer/seller confidentiality. Refused to provide closing paperwork to read over prior to 24 hours before closing. Then added another document 1.5 hours before closing, which was inaccurate . 100% do not recommend Shannon Drzick. Even the original buyer’s realtor backed out due to the company’s disorganization.
