Purchased an air conditioner from Costco that was installed by Four Seasons. The actual purchase and installation of the air conditioner was fine. It is all the promises that are made in writing. Specifically, that the gift card company back which is close to $1k will be emailed WITHIN 7 business days of Costco's receipt of our signature on the project completion verification form. I’ll walk you through my Costco experience. As a pedestrian I love the stop light at the entrance and exit. The light makes movement easy and prevents cars and walkers crashing. I also like the view of the train tracks from the parking lot. I hope to view the parking lot from the train tracks one day. The greeters make Costco great. They know the answer to all of my questions (and I have a lot). I didn’t get to wander the inside for a long time but it is very very spacious. Great energy in there. I will be back.
