The person they send to do the work don't do the work I paid for price of the job kept change the price of job wanted cash before doing the work I need to hire someone else to fix what they didn't fix.
Chicago Roofing Solutions is not accurate. They should be called Chicago Roofing Sales. I had $3000 worth of work to stop two leaks. Work was done, but neither leak was fixed. The problem wasn’t the work or the workers, but the lack of proper assessment of the issues. They are supposed to be the professionals, not me. Why didn’t they properly asses my issues before making a sale? They had no problem taking my money, but refuse to take responsibility for not assessing the work that needed to be done.
