I just got the appetizer and I’m already writing this. Haha. Holy Cow was that Burnt Ends good. The flavor is on point. Can’t wait to try the Combo St Louie ribs and Brisket.

We went there for a late afternoon snack. We ordered the burnt ends, alligator, smoked chicken wings and watermelon salad. Starting with my favorite, the burnt ends were amazing. For an appetizer, this could have been a whole meal. The burnt ends were super tender and flavorful. They lay on a bed of cole slaw that was a perfect match for the salty meat. Came here for our anniversary dinner/date night and it was amazing! Loved the different sauce options and the pickle and chips. Will definitely recommend to friends and can’t wait to visit chi town and eat there again!!
