Excellent food and atmosphere
Went for the Santa brunch. Santa no where to be found. Asked the server he said he was somewhere. Specially went there so my grandson could see Santa. Asked again about Santa. Again was told he was there somewhere. Finally after being there over an hour he appeared. Service was very slow. Food was not as good in our past visits. Bacon very greasy.
When it opened, q was a revelation. Great food, service, ambiance. Over the years those have declined. The dining room is much, much louder. Any entree that isn’t barbecued is a risk of disappointment - especially the so-called Cajun or Southern items. And it’s become almost ludicrously expensive. Chicago does not lack for first rate BBQ. As an overall experience q is slipping out of the top tier.

Delicious BBQ food, friendly service, nice atmosphere! Totally recommend it.
Aside from the great food our waitress Elnaz was very attentive, helpful and very pleasant. Planning on coming back for sure.
Love the chicken Dinner service was ok until we complain then it was great
