Real Property Management West Suburban Chicago has demonstrated to be a very serious and efficient company since I started renting out my property in July. They are very organized and keep their clients up to date on all the necessary information, by sending monthly statements and emails. I am glad I found them!
Stay Away....four months without a refrigerator. RPM wouldn't allow us to buy one....blamed it all on the home owner. Finally got the new refrigerator today. The cheapest version available....much less than the one that was originally at the property, ie, no ice-maker, etc. Too much to explain. Just bad service, finger pointing and more. Living in a card board box underneath an expressway would be better than renting from Real Property Management (RPM) Warrenville, IL.
Worst Company Ever!!! – This is a review for Real Property Management in Warrenville, IL. I would give them a negative star rating if it existed. The owner Brad made it sound perfect and once the contract was signed, the nightmare began. They screwed me on maintenance, didn't pay my property bills on time resulting in late fees, lost 40% of my keys, overcharged management fees. WAY understaffed. They have a single property manager managing over 150 units on their own. You want them to find you a good tenant, LMAO, RIGHT!!! e... read more
Not Recommended – I worked with this rental management company for over a year. I switched companies as soon as i could. They are unresponsive, uninformed, and usually require several follow-ups before fulfilling a request on the property. The handymen they use are overpriced (I was shocked at the difference in price I was able to get when I switched companies), and the tenant screening process is ineffective at best.
