Not impressed. I'll start with food, for the price it was very average. I have no problem paying $12 for a salad if it's a great tasting salad. Gibsons has a fantastic one. I expected something with flavor. The Mediterranean salad 99% tomatoes and very watery with hardly any flavor. My dinner salad with blue cheese was very tasteless with I'm pretty sure iceberg lettuce. My entrée which was the white fish was dry and flavorless. Disappointed with all the food. The best steak I have ever had. Don't be afraid of the 48 ounce porterhouse, it was amazing. George and his staff treated us as family. I commend an owner that steps in to assist his staff.
Sad to say a bad meal. None of our favorite Restaurants are open on Mondays so we decided to give it a try since our friends rave about it and it was my Husband's birthday. Bread was good and escargot was good. that's it.

Chicago prime steakhouse!!! It was fantastic great food, They Had my favorite Scotch that no restaurant ever cares. And amazing lounge singer all around great waiter staff. Loved the invirment and the high caliber of attention to detail and I felt like a king. My waiters name was Michele and hands down top waitress I've had yet anywhere. They Truly have a great team producing a great product. Did not mind one bit paying the dollar amount for what I got in return.
Has some of the best staff, and the food is fantastic.
To start off my steak came out burnt on the outside yet medium rare on the inside which is the way I ordered it. I had to send it back because the burnt taste was very over powering. The 2nd steak was about half the size and had absolutely no seasoning and not much of a taste. I brought it home to give to my dogs. The crab legs had a funny taste from the seasoning they put on them. Good crab legs need no seasoning. Everything was way over priced.
