Best steakhouse!!! It took one visit to Chicago Prime Steakhouse and it already became my favorite restaurant in the suburbs. Beautiful on the outside and captivating and elegant on the inside. Excellent food, so far my favorite is the macadamia encrusted halibut and their chopped chicken salad. Not a big steak fan, but I've had the New York once and it was excellent. THEY'RE BACK!!!! I found out a few weeks ago that this great steakhouse is back on the radar, open for business at their new location, which according to their website is 1444 E Algonquin, Schaumburg. I simply cannot wait to return! The same person that let me know of this great news also told me that the executive chef from Mon Ami Gabi is working there now. I am planning on visiting real soon. Very good food I thought it was really good, it was like going to a very good steakhouse in downtown Chicago but with the convenience of the burbs. The food was excellent but the service was a little unresponsive. Maybe it was just a bad day for the service, but the food is definitely worth going back for.
