Needed to install to drain pipes on my water heater. Mike came out fast to take a look at the water heaters and gave me a very good price to do the work. We set up a time for him to come out and do the repairs and he showed up exactly at the time he said he would. He completed the work faster than I thought he would! He was very professional and trustworthy. i have a bigger project coming and I will definately be calling Mike and Surbaban-Chicago Plumbing Experts!
Called them to fix a leaky outdoor faucet and leaky bathroom sink faucet. Plumber came and said “Just replace the whole sink”. He didn’t try to fix any of it. Next the outdoor faucet. He tied to open the faucet and tore the copper pipe inside the wall. He said he’d need to tear out the wall to get at the pipe and they don’t repair drywall, so he’d leave a hole in my wall and charge me more. He capped the pipe and asked me to pay him. So last week I stayed with my grandmother in Chicago. During my first night stay, I noticed she had towels and bowls managing leaks in the basement. She claimed that plumbers were just too expensive and they rarely fix the problem. I asked if she would let me try to find someone and she agreed. Not only did the Chicago Plumbing Experts work with my grandmothers financial situations, but they also updated her plumbing system to avoid further leaks. We are eternally grateful for using the Chicago Plumbing Experts!
When i was visiting my parents in Chicago,one of the pipes in bathroom burst in the middle of night and I was very worried for the damage the leak may cause. I phoned the emergency line of Plumbing Experts and they were able to attend within the hour. Thank you guys for that wonderful job.
I thought I'd take a moment to give credit where credit is due. Lately, there has been a lot of rain and flooding in the Chicago land area, and the recent rain took a toll on my home.
