Chicago parts and sound LLC first time I was there they already knew what I wanted when I got there cuz we phoned ahead they took care of me I left and very pleased with the service and the people that work there

The only place I go for brake parts. Good quality parts at good prices. I can do a brake job for a quarter of the price of what the dealership charges.
Ex employee, worked here in WI for a little over a year and half. Management is terrible, I was yelled at a cursed at on a weekly basis by sales people and drivers. Head dispatcher is lazy and doesn’t pay attention to anything. Was told that I was gonna be hired at one pay rate and was given something lower and when I asked about it was told that isn’t what we agreed on. PTO was used for time I was out for mother being in hospital was I specifically said not to use it for that. All around bad experience.
