I was running late due to traffic, so I called to let them know I would be about 5 minutes late, out of consideration for their time. After arriving, I waited an additional 20 minutes while my stylist worked on her previous appointment. Two people were working the front desk, and neither of them apologized for the delay, nor did they remind my stylist that she had eaten about 25 minutes into my appointment.
