Very nice cruise, professional and informative.
We had a 6pm tour on Friday and arrived to find out there was no tour. Patrick whom we spoke with assured us that we can go on the 12pm cruise on Saturday. He went above and beyond AND he remembered us when we arrived on Saturday. This is great customer service. The tour was very informative and the entire crew friendly. Delicious cookies by the way... happy we did this tour!
