Started on time, our guide (Katie) was very knowledgeable, beautiful voice, and did a great job engaging the audience. The Boat crew were kind & and helpful. Highly recommend.
I have been on many Architectural Boat tours in Chicago and this is by far the worst one. We were on the other side of the boat from the tour guide and couldn't hear a thing. The speaker system was inferior. What we could understand from the guide was awful. He was not engaging and seemed to be reading from a script. Find another architectural tour cruise line.
