I would never recommend the St. Charles location to anyone. My experience here was awful and I only had one consultation appointment. It definitely felt like a cold for profit business and I didn't feel like the staff cared about my feelings at all. I was never even given the chance to see a doctor and the staff was grossly inappropriate. The staff also made suggestions of skipping tests and jumping ahead to do things that I repeatedly said I was not comfortable with. I had my first surgery ever at Northshore. I was beyond nervous but the staff was so friendly they put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

Started seeing them January 2016 and was pregnant on my first IUI in March 2016! This was after 4 yrs of trying with 2 early losses. All the nurses are so nice and enthusiastic. My son is perfect and I couldn't imagine my life without him. He is here Thanks to Chicago IVF!
