long over due review- my husband & I went to the Orland park location back in Sept 2019 for fertility testing & to just see what was going on because we were trying to get pregnant for over a year at that point without success. The staff was very nice during our appointment but it was after that we had a huge issue with how they handled everything and the scare tactics they use. We had a terrible experience at FCI in Tinley and came to Chicago IVF anxious the same thing would happen. Happy to report it did not happen. This facility is honestly top notch. Everyone communicates well and knows what’s going on. Dr. Schultz actually listens and values your input as a patient. Great experience so far! Come here instead of wasting time at FCI.
I started my Ivf journey in March 2019 and became pregnant in may. Just delivered my twin boys January 14th🙏 thank you so much Orland park location for being so amazing to my husband and I during our journey! Elaina was our nurse she was so awesome, always communicated with us and very loving during our treatments. Definitely recommend this location l. Thank you Chicago IVF
went to ivf bc I has 3 miscarriages last one march 2018 and still could not get pregnant by nov 2019. even though we got pregnant on our own they helped me stay calm by having us do an ultrasound every week. I would recommend them to anyone I meet that needs help. so sweet at the Orland park location.
RecommendedI must say that in the beginning things were rough but after being around someone going to appointments, you get to know people. Chicago IVF Munster has some of the most compassionate women I’ve met it the medical field. No you won’t always get what you want when you want it but at the end of the day, Lydia, Dr. Schultz 😊, Tasha; not what I wanted when I wanted but they always tried. Thank you for the last 12 months ❤️ Especially Lydia nurse that goes above for all her patients. Thank you The Brewers
I have been going to the Munster office and I absolutely love the ladies there! Tasha & Lidia have been so helpful with this whole process and it being my 1st time doing this they have answered all my questions, even the crazy ones! I've never had to wait for medications and they get me in whenever is good with me as to not miss any time from work. These 2 ladies have been added to my support system and to my heart. I have had nothing but the greatest experience with Chicago Ivf! The staff is so sweet and caring all the way from the front desk to billing to my nurse Mary! Every question I have I get a quick response right back and they really know how to help guide you through each step.
