EDIT April 2026: This was a disaster. I had work done in August 2025 to fix a leak, and two months ago the leak came back. Had new roofers come to take a look, and after taking up the boards we saw that almost none of what was in my contract to have done was actually done. There was water pooling in areas CFRC “fixed”, and more than half the area hadn’t even been touched when my contract stated they would address the whole area.
