I had the pleasure of working with Chicago Flat Roof Company, who visited our home to assess our roof and the new roof. They exceeded my expectations by not only addressing the issue I had reported but also conducting a comprehensive complimentary inspection, including videos and photographs. EDIT April 2026: This was a disaster. I had work done in August 2025 to fix a leak, and two months ago the leak came back. Had new roofers come to take a look, and after taking up the boards we saw that almost none of what was in my contract to have done was actually done. There was water pooling in areas CFRC “fixed”, and more than half the area hadn’t even been touched when my contract stated they would address the whole area. Working with this roofing company was one of the easiest home repair experiences I've had. They handled everything smoothly and kept me informed throughout the entire process, which made a big difference. The crew was professional, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was done right. It's not always easy to find a company you can trust, but these guys definitely delivered. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work!
They overcharged me and added extra costs without explanation. not satified
I was really disappointed with their service. They arrived late every day and left a mess behind. The work was poorly done, and my roof still leaks. When I tried to contact them for repairs, they ignored my calls. Definitely not a professional team I would recommend.
