After a nightmare with another contractor, these guys came in and did an awesome job. Their craftsmanship was quality at a fair price, and they were really straightforward to work with. .
These guys are awesome, they get the job done right, and they are extremely affordable. I'm unable to put photos in cause my camera doesn't work well but looks amazing!!!

Our condo association is very happy with all the work done by Chicago Flat Roof. They have replaced all three of our buildings’ roofs and always conduct business with professionalism and promptness. When we have requested an inspection for a repair, Terry and Tony came by same day and were so respectful and thorough in their investigation and explanation of the issue and were transparent about pricing and the process for repair. We will definitely be reaching out for further repairs and projects.
Do not work with this company. They’ve cost me over $15k in repairs due to work they did. I hired them for a roof repair because we had a leak in our home. Not only did they not fix it, they made it worse. They came back and said the only way to make sure the leak was fixed was to re-do the entire thing. I agreed and they put on a new roof.
