CFR committed fraud in a legal settlement that specified Chicago Flat Roof as the property damage repair entity by sending a sub-contractor to install our new roof without informing us, the customer, so that CFR can claim they did not do the work and completely neglect the warranty. CFR's subcontractor work failed less than a year after installation and CFR is ignoring us for repair. Company never returns calls or emails.
