The staff was very friendly. I’m terribly afraid of the dentist and it had been a very long time since my last visit. They were incredibly patient and kept the atmosphere light to ease some of my anxiety. My procedure was pretty much pain free. Dr. Atassi, inquired about my comfort frequently. While he worked, we even talked about the show I was watching on tv. Well he talked, an I...Whatever it was he seemed to understand it all. Lol. I can’t say that I’m looking forward to going back, but since I have to, I choose CDB.
I have been living in downtown Chicago for 18 years now and have gone to 5 different dentists. I could never find the one who who would listen carefully to my concerns and would actually take time to explain everything and give different options of treatment. Dr. Atassi is the best doctor who takes time to listen to you and explain all the possible solutions and details of different treatments. I took my 3 kids to him. My 2 y.o. loves him! Just when I thought that Lakeshore East paradise could not become even better, Chicago Dental Boutique moved in to provide the best dental care I received in America, and that at a 5 min walk. They are very professional, friendly, and the whole customer service and setting is such that you can just relax and enjoy. Yes, I just said "relax and enjoy" about a dental appointment!
I'm extremely thankful that Chicago Dental Boutique has opened in the Lake Shore East neighborhood!! This office is beautiful, clean, and updated with the latest technology. The Staff, including Dr. Atassi, were extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful with all of my questions and needs. They all helped me relax during my produce - and I will be back for my future dental needs!

5 Stars! First of all Super friendly! They give you that mom and pop small town dentist feel. The customer service is incredible, everyone says hi and introduces themselves. They give you a tour of the place when you first get there, everything is state of the art and high tech, the rooms have a really nice view of the park with floor to celing windows. they have two flat screen TV's one with Netflix while you get your teeth clean and the other to show you your x-rays.
