Not too many people realize that Chicago cut has some of the best breakfast available in the city and they're open very early in the morning. Their lox and bagels are unbelievable. Anything they serve with hollandaise sauce is magic. I always look forward to having breakfast at Chicago cut.

Food was more than excellent. The portion size of the side dishes was perfect. The wait time for seating, the wait staff, the bartenders, the timeliness of the food-to-table was all ASTOUNDINGLY PERFECT!! This has jumped to my top 3 steakhouses in the Chicagoland area.
