We had a bad experience due to their customer service. We requested a window seat and unfortunately we were not accommodated and the way the hostess communicated the message was very rude. The worst part was that there were 2 window seats empty the whole time we were there and not only did we make reservations my husband requested the window seats on the open table app. We wanted a special Dinning experience because we were there to celebrate 25th Anniversary. We had outstanding service , best waiter I've ever had and the food was amazing. Will definitely go back next time we are in Chicago!
The service was excellent. The food is very good with appetizers that are just different enough for new flavors. The table side serving of the family style sides and appetizers onto individual plates is a nice touch. Both times I have left there too full.
