I want to thank the entire staff at Chicago Cut for such a memorable night! I made a reservation for my husband's 30th well in advance and wanted to surprise him with amazing food, ambience and a real Chicago experience. The staff did just that. Since I made that note in our reservation and upon entering the restaurant, every single person wished him a happy birthday!
