We celebrated my birthday here. It is the best experience we have had! Hands down the best steakhouse in Chicago! We have spent 4 years trying all different types of steakhouses and this definitely puts the rest to shame. I give a lot of credit to our waiter he was amazing you could tell he was a veteran at what he was doing and knew what he was talking about. I am never stepping foot in another steakhouse in this city other than Chicago Cut

I took some family members there for the first time since its one of our favorites. The staff is always very nice but this is the second time my steak has been very salty. My fault, I didn’t complain the second time. I figured after the first time saying something the salt would be adjusted. Or maybe I should have said no salt. But we do enjoy the ambiance.
Celebrated our 25th anniversary here this evening and it was the best meal ever. Our waiter Dimitri was the best!! Can’t wait to come back to Chicago and eat here again. Simply amazing and sitting outdoors on a beautiful night made it all perfect. Thank you!!!
