Not satisfied with my visit. I came in with my MacBook due to display issues and the guy was on the phone the whole time. I understood if it was a business call, but he asked me what I wanted while he was still on the phone so I explained to him what my issue was. He opened up my computer, hardly glanced at it and said “your repairs are going to be 600 dollars. I suggest getting a new computer”. Throughout my whole visit, the guy was on the phone. I ended up taking my laptop to Apple and got better customer service.
I don't write reviews often, but this visit was one of the best!! I left my laptop on overnight and it shutdown on me the next day. I plugged in my charger but it didn't work. I don't know what was wrong with my laptop. I went to a nearby store by my house and the price that they told me is crazy high!! I was devastated, I really needed my laptop to be fixed that week.
