With so many people that are ExSmokers now thank the Ecigs you have to wonder why they are trying to ban them for public health. Seems to me like they just want people to keep smoking.
The Indiana State Department of Health seems to have the same problem with educating residents and medical personnel about Babesiosis as Illinois. They have a fact sheet on Babesiosis that does not link to their tick-borne infections area. And, their section on tick-borne infections does not list Babesiosis as a co-infection.
