I’ve been using CBC for the last 2 years, my time with them has come to an end but if I ever need a car service again I would 100% again! Highly recommend, super friendly at any time I call or text!
Very impressed with professionalism and service. Was very easy to schedule with and made our transport run smoothly. Even provided options for a child's car seat which was super helpful.
Been a customer for years. ALWAYS great service. Last month flight was delayed 12 hours. But, they track your flight and knew all about it and adjusted the pick-up time. TOP NOTCH!!!

I used Chicago Black Car Service to drive my mother to and from downtown Chicago, as she is older and does not like to drive in heavy traffic. She had a wonderful experience. The driver was very professional and friendly, and the car was clean and roomy.
