Very professional - great communication with the office, dispatch and driver. Clean car and friendly driver. Will use every time for airport rides.
Just started using CBCS after a recommendation from a colleague. Service has been outstanding so far. Very timely drivers, clean cars, great communication (especially during a recent 7 hour flight Friday scenario). Primary usage is between O'Hare and Geneva. Highly recommend.
