RecommendedI recently had a major procedure per Dr Chiang. He was calm and patient through the entire visit which took close to 3 hours. He explained the process and answered all of my questions. I felt respected, safe and in capable hands. I have been coming to this practice for years. The staff is always friendly and helpful
During these times it can be very intimidating to think about going in to have your teeth cleaned and checked out. That’s how I felt until I arrived for my appointment. As soon as I experienced the check in process my anxiety started to leave me. Extremely professional and lovely people who care. Felt very safe in Covid 19 times.
Yesterday I had an appointment w CBS, if it wasn't necessary I would not have gone as I have been ultra conservative during COVID. I felt extremely safe from their strong safety practices established; temp and oxygen check, air purifier (loved this one), masks, shields. They asked me to do some things as well; wear a mask, sanitize my phone and put it in a baggie, bring my own blanket. Kudos to CBS for keeping all of us safe. CBS has taken great care of my families teeth for 16 years. They are incredible caring doctors who are very professional and knowledgeable. I had my teeth cleaned this week and the steps and precautions they took to make sure I was safe and felt safe were very reassuring. The office staff is always amazing. They explained all of the precautions to me before hand and I felt completely safe and at ease. Thank you CBS!
I have been a patient of Dr. Ching and Hartlieb for several years. I have had nothing short of amazing experiences with Chicago Beautiful Smiles. The doctors and team members are professional, kind and perfectionists. I had an appointment this week and even during the Covid-19 pandemic, the precautions that were established put me at ease.
