This long-vacant Venetian Gothic landmark on Michigan Avenue springs back to life as a hotel and mecca for inspired recreation. Beautiful hotel with a level of service that is unsurpassed. I would especially like to thank Budi Tanzil who went above and beyond to accommodate us. Cindy’s Rooftop is a gorgeous space with delicious food, cocktails, and views. The rooms have so many special touches that acknowledge the rich history of the hotel with playful twists. Cannot recommend CAA enough.
