This is my real experience, not fake I honestly only go here for my eyebrows, but every time I’m left waiting 30–40 minutes. They’re very slow, and even with an appointment, they’re usually late. At this point, I much prefer the place right in front of them. And don’t even get me started one time the wax was so hot it actually burned my eyebrows. That was already a huge red flag. Amazing, quaint, cozy, relaxing, small place. The owner is very friendly, easy to talk to, caring, listens to what you want, and up front with what can and cannot be done. There is no language barrier and any additional costs are told right away. The costs of services are easily found on their web page or by scanning a QR code at the register.
