Process went way too fast. I was over charged and one of my nails had a split that wasn't fixed.
I had a lovely experience at this nail salon. The person doing my nails name was Kristen. She and another coworker stayed past closing time to make sure my nails were finished and perfect. I highly recommend This place and the Nail tech name Kristen! my nails look amazing and are exactly what I wanted.

I have been going to Chic Nails since they opened however after today I am not sure. My wife and I had an appointment for 10:30. Wife got seated and nails got started. I waited 15 minutes and nobody showed up. So I got up and left. Not very good customer service.
I had Sophia do my pedicure this afternoon. She was gentle, kind and did a great job. I will be booking again and requesting Sophia.
