My first time coming here after a botched job at another nail salon. Mary was so sweet, helpful and did a lovely job refilling my nails. Love the organic biogel, my nails feel so much stronger. Bonus: receiving a pastry on the way out after our services. Update: since this time, I have been coming every 3-5 weeks to refill my nails. Mary is always down for the designs I find off of Pinterest and likes to make her own tweaks which I love. The bio gel typically lasts a long time and they’re strong.
My first experience at this place was not the best. The colour I wanted, they had no idea whether they have it or not. Plus, the excuse was not adding up! Then the colour that she thought I wanted she didn’t even test it to see if it fits. Great customer service skills are not that hard to obtain. It’s a no recommendation for me.
Marie is awesome .I went there today she did a great job with Shellac Manicure and Pedicure ,highly recommended. Definitely going back
Love coming here to get my nails done! Also if you need to get waxing done she has the least painful technique and makes me feel really comfortable!
