Worst and rudess customer service I've ever recieved.
Absolutely the BEST! I have purchased many pair of glasses there. I ALWAYS receive the best service and they give 100% customer satisfaction. Marcus is the best and always takes good care of me and my eye wear needs. Thank you for always going above and beyond.
Save your money. Go elsewhere. VERY poor customer service. Their only concern is money. Greed is in full operation at this place. Shame on them!

I have received very poor customer service at this store on several occasions. I have purchased 3 pair of sunglasses from this place over the past 3 years. And paid Between $150-250 each (Which was 20% over manufacturers suggested retail) So one of the frames lost a screw. They replaced it with one that doesn't fit. My lens is still loose. I asked if they could order a new screw, they said sorry they don't make it any more. However when I look on prada's website they still have the frame for sale. So I went back. they refuse... read more
