I'm so disappointed in the service here. It felt so rushed. I wasn't spoken to the entire time. My nails were not cleaned up at all. Literally filed down and that was all. The gel chipped the next day. When it was done, the older man got up and walked away without a word. I thought no way it's done?! He didn't come back. My friends and I felt like we were an inconvenience to everyone. I won't come back
Very disappointing!! Made an apt days in advance for 3 manicures for a girls day out. 2 were done at same time and 3rd was after we finished. The gentleman that did my nails was extremely rude and even pushy. Shoving my hands around. I asked for flower which I did not get but was over by that time so was gonna bring up again no lotion or hand rub he painted and then got up walked away with out saying a word. They Always Treat me so nice and they do my girls nails so fast and they NEVER break! Before we found chic my girl would go to other places and have her nails broken off almost immediately getting them done! we HAVE NEVER had that issue with chic nails! great pricing great conversation and overall, a great experience
I love this place! I’ve been going there for about 5 years now and everyone is very friendly, kind and welcoming! The prices are fair for a full set with designs, and a fill with designs are also fair! Even when I don’t know what to get on my nails my girl Tara has me covered! I have gotten my nails done by multiple people there and they are all great! They take their time with the designs and the acrylic process and fix anything if I don’t think they look right! I wouldn’t recommend there’s two people in the shop that know what they are doing. Not to mention that they charge 120$ for a full set and the next fist it’ll be 80 for a full. They sit and bad mouth their customers and price you on your appearance. They Gell nails chip in a matter of days and they’ll refuse to fix anything. They rush through and charge by how they feel on the day.
